Ms. InKyung Choi is the Head of the Statistical Management and Modernisation Unit of the Statistics Division at the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE).

As UNECE Secretariat for the High-Level Group for the Modernisation of Official Statistics (HLG-MOS), she has extensive international collaboration experience on emerging technologies and modernisation topics, such as AI and standards. Prior to joining UNECE, she worked at the UN Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA). She holds a Ph.D. in Geospatial Statistics from Purdue University.
