Mr. Batdavaa has been appointed as Chairman of the National Statistics Office of Mongolia in Jan 2021. 

Before his appointment, he served as the Director-General of Research and Statistics Department, Markets Department, and Balance of Payments Research and Statistics Division of the Bank of Mongolia.   

He earned his master’s degree in Banking and Finance from the Luxembourg School of Finance, University of Luxembourg, Luxembourg. He also has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ming Chuan University, Taiwan, China.

Mr. Batdavaa earned Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder in Sep 2019.
