Minerva Eloisa P. Esquivias is the Assistant National Statistician and Officer-in-Charge, Deputy National Statistician for Censuses and Technical Coordination at the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA). She oversees census operations and technical coordination, including adherence to statistical standards and quality assurance of statistical data.

She actively participates in local and international technical expert groups, focusing on standards, classification systems, population, social statistics, and official statistics. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Statistics and a master’s degree in Public Management, combining technical and managerial expertise in her role.
